Reporting to the International HRBP, you will be in charge of the recruitment for the Retail population in North Europe (UK, Germany, Austria, Netherlands).

Your missions will be articulated around these following main axes:

 

RECRUITMENT

You will participate actively to the recruitment process:

• Drafting job descriptions
• Publication of job offers on different job boards
• Selection of applications
• Follow-up of recruitments with Store Managers and Area Managers
• Follow-up of applications and sending candidate returns
• Tracking and reporting recruitment data
• Creation of candidates' pool
• Sourcing of Manager profiles in support of the HRBP

 

INTEGRATION

You will ensure Petit Bateau experience for new joiners:

• Follow-up of new joiners' integration (organization of first day induction, creation of integration booklet)
• Brief of tutors about their roles and responsibilities
• Reportings and regular exchanges with Area Managers

 

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

You will be a relay of internal communication:  

• Selection of the key topics
• Sending internal communication to the countries

We’re looking for someone with these abilities and skills : 

• You are currently doing a master's degree in Human Resources specialization (Business School),
• You research an internship for 6 months (from January 2021),
• You have a first successful experience recruitment/retail,
• You are fluent in English and German,
• You are organized, rigorous, and autonomous,
• You have good interpersonal skills.
