Job Summary:

UKG is looking for a proven Alliances Manager to market and promote our industry leading, Cloud Based HR Service Delivery solution to Partners and Influencers in HR Services landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage alliances and/or high-level sales cycles with senior-level executives relationship..

In addition, has ideally sold SaaS Solutions in the following: payroll, HRIS, onboarding, talent management, performance management, document management, CRM, enterprise content management or digital certification/identity solutions to HR, IT or HRIS leaders.

Responsibilities include securing new business leads/opportunities through a variety of channels, conducting virtual and live presentations around our solutions and capabilities, building consensus, negotiating and closing long-term agreements with Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve revenue targets (resseler & referral partners contribution to the revenue)
  • To manage your assigned Partners and potentially all their resellers
  • To develop relationship with multiple stakeholders within Partners and their resellers, including those in the executive level
  • To define sales and marketing strategy plans with your Partners to achieve the targets
  • To animate governance and business review meetings with the Partners on a regular basis
  • To support Partner’s and resellers’ sales teams to secure their new business leads
  • To monitor the pipelines with the Partners and to issue sales reporting
  • To guarantee sales quotations are accurate
  • To build consensus within Partners and their resellers
  • To animate the resellers network
  • To conduct virtual and live presentations about our solutions
  • To work closely with the executive, sales, marketing, legal, product, and technology teams to maintain and develop existing partnerships in line with business initiatives throughout the organization
  • To Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, sales, services, and technical channel issues, and serving as an internal advocate

Preferované skúsenosti

  • Minimum of 5 years enterprise software sales and/or alliances experience, successfully selling high level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level
  • Exceptional sales and/or alliances performance history that can be confirmed through references and documentation
  • Experience selling a Software as a Service (SaaS) application is a must
  • Experience in fast-growth, VC-backed companies is ideal
  • Must be comfortable pitching solution and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence
  • Multitasking and strong time management skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to successfully work from a home office environment and travel at least 50%
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • English language capabilities is a must
  • Spanish language capabilities is a plus
