The opportunity 🔭

Join our Growth & Performance team as Paid Acquisition Lead. This role is based in Paris or Barcelona, has a global scope and reports into the Global Head of Growth. 

Your mission will be to define and own the global PayFit paid acquisition strategy across all of our paid channels, and for our 4 regions. You will be managing a dedicated team of paid experts, and working closely with our SEO, Content, Web and Analytics teams. You will have a big impact on the success and scale of PayFit globally and are expected to manage several senior stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.

Your missions ⭐️

In details, you will be responsible for:

Strategy ⇒ Defining and owning the global PayFit paid acquisition strategy across our 4 countries

Management ⇒ Managing and growing the paid acquisition team, from defining their scope, training them and supporting them daily

Leadership ⇒ Setting the vision for PayFit’s paid acquisition strategy, onboarding senior stakeholders and aligning support teams on its execution

Execution & expertise ⇒ Providing global and local expertise leveraging your operational and analytical skills

Planning & reporting ⇒ Participating in the yearly and quarterly planning processes (performance measurement, forecasting)

-Experience leading paid acquisition for a SaaS company, with a global scope

-You can manage multiple stakeholders with different needs, can understand how to support them

-You know how to translate complex, theoretical topics into understandable action plans

-You know the ins and outs of the main acquisition channels, have experience with scaling operations across display, social and affiliation and partnerships

-Strong analytical skills and are able to build your own set of reports and dashboards to help with decision making

-Experience working with SalesForce and HubSpot

-7+ years of experience in similar roles
