What will be your role?

Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Growth & Performance Team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. 

We are looking for a great player to join our Growth & Performance team and play a key role in creating a highly qualified lifecycle to convert our prospects. 

Your missions ⭐️

The role of the new Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be to create programmatic lifecycle campaigns based on our personas to provide sales with the best qualified leads.

You will focus on educating prospects along their journey, to help them understand the value of the PayFit product. You will work with the Growth, Content and Sales teams to create a consistent journey for prospects. You will help take our marketing strategy to the next level by creating meaningful, multi-channel experiences for prospects that will have a significant impact on the company's bottom line.

Responsibilities range from:

- Developing in-depth knowledge of our prospects, their buyer journey, buyer personas, and jobs-to-be-done.

- Effectively coordinating complex lifecycle workflows end-to-end, to create a coherent lifecycle strategy across the buyer journey.

- Conceive and implement nurture programs for leads in various segments and stages of the funnel.

- Establishing rigorous AB testing processes to test creative design, content, email cadence, and timing to constantly improve performance

- Working hand in hand with the SEO team to prioritise the content to be created according to the personas identified.

- Reporting on campaign performance to understand effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improving key metrics.

This job has been tailored for you if

You have the following qualities :

- you’re a prospect-centric marketer with 2/3 years experience running successful multichannel lifecycle campaigns, preferably for a product-led SaaS company;

- you’re adept at using marketing automation software;

- you have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;

- you have great project management skills and are very organized in your work;

- you have an intense curiosity about data and the insights it holds about our customers

- you’re fluent both in English and French;

- you’re able to learn, improve, use feedback to grow and gain responsibility over time.
