Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.
Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.
Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
🎯 Get Chosen
Review: Centralize, reply to and analyse customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.
Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.

Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

MISSIONS 🔥
Guide clients throughout their Partoo project.
Provide training on the platform and new features of Google Business Profile for the headquarters and local branches.
Monitor key performance indicators with quarterly presentations.
Project management to demonstrate the value of the Partoo solution to the client.
Annual business review to assess the project and recommend optimizations for the coming year.
Renewal of existing clients.
Expand the portfolio through the sale of additional products (upsells/cross-sell).
Report feedback and bugs to Product and R&D teams.
Collaborate with product teams to enhance the Partoo product.
Continuously improve processes for collective efficiency.
Propose new projects within the team.
