To support our growth we are looking for an SEO Specialist. Under the supervision of the Head of Customer Success, you will carry out the following missions:

Missions

Customers

• Ensure the onboarding phase of customers, understand their SEO strategy and build a success plan to meet their needs and objectives.

• Provide strategic and technical guidance to clients on how to get the most value out of Oncrawl platform

• Carry out and deliver products related to our Professional Services catalog (website audits, training, and workshops on SEO and data)

• Assist clients with platform usage and technical issues

Strategic Projects

• Design, participate and deliver on internal structuring topics through OKRs

Support for Oncrawl teams

• Participate in pre-sales actions with the sales team

• Qualify and communicate product development needs

• Participate in the development and testing of new features of our solution

• Evangelize our tool through participation in Oncrawl’s marketing activities

• Follow market trends and SEO best practices

• You possess excellent SEO knowledge through at least 5+ years of experience as a SEO Manager within dynamic and innovative agencies or in-house role

• You have a proven ability to audit and identify technical issues across large sites and use data to drive recommendations and decision making

• A good understanding of key web technologies such as HTML, CSS and Javascript is required

• Good knowledge of common SEO performance tools (specifically Google Search Console and Google/Adobe Analytics) and at least one SEO crawler

• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive insights from data and explain technical SEO insights effectively and in an interesting way to clients

• Fluent in English. French and other languages are a plus
