OCUS is looking for a Photo Project Manager Junior in internship. As a member of the Operations team, you will actively contribute to ensuring that the media production runs smoothly by managing the relationship with our community of image creators and being their first point of contact. 

Start date: January 2022
Location: Paris
Duration: 6 months (for internship)

As a Photo Project Manager Junior, you will

• Ensure all of our clients’ orders in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle-East and Africa) are delivered within the quality and lead time targets
• Monitor and support our community throughout the entirety of the process: order, matching, scheduling, image creation, upload and delivery of the media 
• Be attentive and reactive when image creators face issues to find solutions quickly 
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas of improvement
• Participate in the automation of the production workflow with the Product and Tech teams
• Ensure a perfect symmetry of information internally within all the OCUS teams

After this experience, you will have

• Acquired knowledge about the photography industry
• Developed strong interpersonal skills in an international environment
• Handled and solved complex problems to accompany photographers
• Used a support ticketing system, a data visualization tool, and Google suite

The outstanding qualities expected of our future Photo Project Manager Junior:

• You are enrolled in a licence or master 1 degree and are specialized in communication, project management or media 
• You are passionate about photography
• You enjoy contact and have an ability to build relationships easily
• You are autonomous and responsive and know how to demonstrate an unrivaled serenity, even when facing those wonderful little rush moments
• You are motivated by the challenge and find great satisfaction in solving problems. Your mantra is “There are no problems, only solutions!”
• You are fluent in English (both written and oral). Other languages are a plus (Turkish, German, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, Austrian, Hungarian, Spanish or Polish) especially French.
• You have a global and rational vision of production, you are sensitive to technologies and tools that allow you to automate or control tasks
• Passion for startups or dynamic environments (previous experience in a similar environment would be appreciated)
