For its startup acceleration program NUMA is recruiting a dream team of Associate
What is an Associate exactly?
It’s a super “doer” that will work with all the accelerated startups in their daily execution. In the Associates Team, many profiles: Design, Business & Digital Marketing. Being a startup founder means you don’t have the time to do anything.

As a Design Associate you come rescue these teams that run out of time on the Design & UX part: corporate identity and style guide, website redesign, prospection brochures, online & offline communication visuals, logo design…

This implies many things :
1/ You’ll have to get your hands dirty (that’s how you learn!)
2/ You have to be super autonomous and flexible ( working with many startups and being able to jungle with industries from one day to another requires a lean spirit…)
3/ You are discerning and brave to go challenging startups in their way of doing and you’re not afraid to bring your point of vue

Don’t worry! We’re going to help you:

• You assist to NUMA-startups strategic meetings (to understand the big picture)

• You assist to all workshops and training events for startups (Business, UX, Networking, Fundraising, pitch training … and of course to other teambuilding moments!)

Icing on the cake :
• You build your network in the startup community

• You participate to as many events as you wish

• And it’s THE opportunity to test one’s capacity to become an entrepreneur

You do think you fit ? Apply!

• You have been studying Graphism & Webdesign for at least 2 years

• You master Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) and/or Sketch

• You master the language and constraints specific to web and mobile : UX/UI/ page formats / optimisations / mobile first …

• You have project management skills and ideally a first successful experience in web or startup fields

• You are curious about new tech trends, startups, entrepreneurship

• You want to develop your entrepreneurial mindset

• You wish to have a first startup experience (yet it’s complicated to chose the right one - so better work with our startups at the same time…)

• You are fluent in English (oral/ written)
