As Human Resources Manager, your role is to drive all aspects of HR operations. You will:

• Lead the HR function and manage two TAMs as well as external providers to successfully meet the recruitment objectives
• Participate in assessing candidates and drafting case studies
• Develop a multisourcing approach to find active and passive candidates
• Establish rigorous KPIs to monitor and assess the pipeline of candidates and use data appropriately to make relevant recruitment decisions
• Manage the onboarding and integration of new employees
• Manage HR Operations including budget, payroll, legal requirements, onboarding and offboarding, preparation of appropriate paperwork and implementation of processes
• Support the leadership team & managers in establishing the right compensation & development packages and more generally the development of an efficient retention strategy
• Establish a training academy for employees to develop their skills
• Establish and embody our culture, values, employer brand

This is an exciting role for an ambitious person looking to shape a team and grow within the company. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

Background: 6+ years in an HR operations role in a fast scale startup with experience handling admin, payroll and legal documentation
Executor: you are proactive and organised with a hands-on and can-do attitude, you work in a structured and autonomous way and like to solve problems
Team player with passion for People, you love to see your colleagues thrive and have the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels of the organization
Leadership & communication: not afraid to challenge your team members to make them grow; you will also embody our values, and communicate them efficiently
Languages: You speak both French and EnglishLegal background a plus
