Business banking sucks. It should not. Our goal is to leverage crypto to offer 10x cheaper, faster and more innovative financial services to businesses. We’re rebuilding it from scratch, leveraging both cryptocurrencies and neobanking building blocks. We’re merging those two separate worlds into a single business bank account.

Our crypto solution is ready. Now, you will be creating our banking team, in charge of all things payment and banking related at Multis. Your role will be to launch our neobanking offering with our product team, manage our banking partners, and set up our internal operational and compliance processes and tools.

That’s a new playbook to write. An amazing opportunity to tackle complex product and regulatory challenges and build a unique expertise at the forefront of an entirely new industry, crypto banking.

Responsibilities

• Launch our neobanking offering (euros accounts, debit cards, SEPA transfers, etc.)
• Manage our banking partners (project delivery, day-to-day operations, performance monitoring, etc.)
• Define, implement and oversee internal processes and tools (customer success, back-office) to ensure operational excellence
• Report to CEO and assist with management with regulatory reporting
• Grow into our Head of Operations to ensure smooth build and run ops!

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking operations
• French/English (speaking & writing)
• Experience in managing complex projects in cross-functional environments
• High-standard execution skills to engage with demanding stakeholders like C-levels and regulators
• Comfortable working in a small team with high velocity and autonomy
• Appetite to learn fast in an ever-changing crypto/fintech environment
• Know how to relax 🌴
