Molotov by FuboTV is looking for a Scrum Master to help ensure the focus and success of our Product Squads. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled Agilist, great teammate, lifelong learner, and phenomenal communicator with a passion for servant-leadership. In service of success, he/she/they will insist on understanding enough about technical, business and customer nuances so that they can help troubleshoot, unblock, and find creative pathways to success while acting as a Servant Leader.

In this role you will:

-Will be responsible for serving as a Scrum Master for our product team development projects and coordination with internal stakeholders
-Work as a servant-leader within the team, using leadership skills to cultivate healthy and productive working relationships.
-Will be responsible for seeking out opportunities to automate processes and improve workflow efficiencies within the squads
-Must be able to communicate updates to outside stakeholders and internal squads in a clear and consistent manner.
-Will be responsible for unblocking the team and handling escalation issues
-Will be responsible for coaching within the teams to improve delivery and team health metrics
-Will facilitate backlog refinement, sprint plannings, standups and retrospectives as well as breaking down tasks with product managers and engineers
-Will be responsible for facilitating dependency management planning sessions and prioritization sessions in coordination with product and engineering partners
-Drive cross-team communication and transparency by providing accurate and proactive project tracking to the larger organization.
-Must be able to work hand in hand with FuboTV Product and Engineering Team Leads and be able to resolve dependencies/impediments as needed.
-Will understand broader Fubo TV business goals and be able to connect the work of the product teams to those goals and overall digital strategy.
-Will demonstrate ability to synthesize requirements across diverse functional areas and convert them into actionable items as needed in support of product partners.
-Potentially participate in quarterly planning sessions, coordinate with the rest of the program organization to account for cross-team dependencies, and coach teams towards responsible quarterly commitments.
-This role is there from start to finish. Ultimately, the hub that’s holding everything together.
Agile Certifications a plus.

What skills, experience, and education you need to succeed
-Prior experience as a Scrum Master on Digital Media teams with additional experience as a Project Manager
-Experience working as part of a larger Program Organization to deliver complex solutions, working through an agile process to call out issues, remove impediments, and manage risks.
-Prior experience in front end product development (Mobile, Web, Connected TV, Gaming, Video Player)
-Prior experience working in Scaled Agile Framework Models (SAFe, LESS, Scrum at Scale) strongly desired.
-5-7+ years years managing Scrum teams
-Superior Knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, Github, Atlassian Products
-Superior Jira and Confluence Skills-must have strong understanding of Jira Cloud, JQL and managing Confluence/Wiki Documentation
-Must be able to work proactively and with limited supervision at times.
-Must be agile in organizational changes.
-Comfortable working in an Agile environment with many quick projects happening simultaneously and under business constraints
-Detailed Problem Solver
-Comfortable drafting presentations and communicating project plans and status as needed.
-Ability to foresee possible impediments or areas of risk and create operationalized path to resolution
-Can recognize areas of opportunity for efficiencies and process standardization
-This is a position that requires someone who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills. More importantly, you can sell the vision both internally and externally to rally stakeholders, partners, and your coworkers around a shared set of goals.
-Must have Strong English language skills (verbal and written) and comfortable working with English speaking teams outside of France.
