Your role

As a (Senior) Solution Consultant B2B, you are the go-to Mirakl expert and trusted advisor, coordinating the implementation of Mirakl B2B marketplace solution within our clients’ e-commerce ecosystem. In this position, you will be in charge of our EMEA customers, and you will report to the Manager in charge of the B2B scope and based in Paris.

Right after the closing of the deal, your missions are to:

  • Oversee marketplace projects and the implementation of the Mirakl solution from kick-off to launch, coordinating and interacting with cross-functional teams, both internal (business consulting, sales, product managers, developers) and external (marketplace manager, project manager, IT teams, system integrators),
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to clients and be proactive to drive issue resolution in a timely manner, balancing time-to-market, quality, and priorities,
  • As Mirakl product expert, support and guide our customers in their configuration and integration choices, conduct workshops and trainings with customers and partners,
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and product teams, to educate customers on the value proposition of the Mirakl Marketplace Platform, support Mirakl product roadmap, new features, and enhancements through client feedback,
  • Contribute to the development of the delivery team's methodology, knowledge base, and tools.

Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience of consulting, project management, ecommerce, or equivalent,
  • You bring customer-facing experience, ideally in front of C-levels, and strong project management skills,
  • You have a solution-oriented and problem-solving work approach,
  • You are fluent in English – any additional languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients,
  • You are eager to develop technical skills (Rest API, ERP, PIM, OMS, data flow…),
  • Experience in B2B commerce processes and tools (e-procurement, B2B e-commerce, EDIs…) with a technological appetite for eCommerce is a plus,
  • You bring excellent organisation and change management skills,
  • You are open to travel across the EMEA region (up to 30% of the time).
