General description of the role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with both our Sales and Operations team by building and executing our Pilot Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Your main missions will be :

• Establish a clear process to scope projects, use-cases and technical integrations with clients
• Evaluate the workload for each Pilots and fairly adjust the roadmap according to the prioritisation tools in place at the company
• Conduct PreSales Meeting with Sales on new use-cases
• Define KPI and Key Success Criteria with the customer and keep them up to date
• Communicate clearly about the new pilot
• Coordinate internal and external ressources to ensure the Pilot success
• Handle the client relationship as the Pilot goes
• Strengthen our Pilot Strategy to increase our overall amount of Pilots.

• A minimum of 5 years of working in complex projects with C-Level stakeholders
• A solid understanding and experience in Enterprise Solutions
• Requires a professional background consisting of a blend of technical, business, consultative and support skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills and professional and articulate presentation skills
• Ability to apply a broad range of consulting methodologies to complex customer situations
• Fluent in English and an additional language - written and verbal. (French is a plus)
