We are looking for a full-stack engineer to help us grow our product features in line with this mission. You will be joining our product squad in charge of providing the best bot building experience to our customers.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great features that empower our customers, has proven software engineering skills, is eager to extend his/her technical expertise, and works well in a small, cross-functional, product-oriented team.

You’ll also need to enjoy spending most of your time on the front-end of our application, as it’ll be a primary focus.

What will you be doing?

• Debate with product managers, designers, and engineers about the best way to give value to our customers
• Design, implement, and test new features - examples could be a workflow visualizer showing in a graphical way how our customers’ bots are built, or a way for our customers to more easily change their bot’s configuration
• Share best practices to elevate the work of your colleagues

Preferred

• 3+ years of experience building web-based applications
• 2+ year of experience working with a SPA front-end framework
• 1+ year of experience working in a web backend language
• Product mindset: you’re passionate about delivering great features to customers
• Strong UI/UX skills: you’re used to working with product managers and designers, challenging their work and proposing improvements
• Attention to quality and detail: you don’t let important details slip through the cracks, but you also understand that software engineering is about making trade-offs, balancing business and technical needs

Bonus

• Experience with a Vue.js SPA app
• Experience in Ruby and/or Python
