Europe’s €200B B2B Home Improvement market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution. ManoMano launched the Pro platform, which targets the small construction companies, in March 2019 in France with success, in November 2020 in Spain and Italy and in April 2022 in the United Kingdom.

 Our team :

The B2B sales team mission is to provide support both technical and digital to make sure our pro clients buy easily on our platform and develop a repeat purchase habit. The B2B sales team is composed of country sales managers (1 for France, 1 for Southern Europe, 1 for Northern Europe), their agents (~100 people) and a transversal project team for data, performance, training, tools and quality (6 people).

 Your mission :

Your main mission will be to assist our sales operations on delivering international projects for our sales agents, on our 5 platforms.You will be reporting to the B2B Sales Project manager and you will work closely with the B2B sales team. You will be based in the ManoMano Paris office (75010).

Adapt process management to all platforms :

-Conduct analysis on existing processes and offer recommendations (prioritisation, approach, blacklisting rules),

-Build specific commercial pitches with sales managers and adapt them to local needs,

-Be hands-on on sales tools: configure CRM to meet the needs of business users, structure and leverage data,

-Support managers to deploy trainings to sales agents.

Support Germany launch (Q4 2022) :

-Prepare trainings, coordinate translations and ensure country-specificities are taken into account in commercial approach,

-Configure tools,

-Build and deploy specific processes.

Run and accelerate our sales operations :

-Scale-up our trainings in 5 languages (coordinate with brand / com teams), produce content and quizzes,

-Be hands-on on sales tools: manage access rights, support managers in day-to-day operations, scale up and adapt our tools to our 5 platforms.

Profile and Skills :

-Fluent in French (mandatory) and full working proficiency in English. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish or German is a plus,

-Available for 6 months, starting September (start date flexible),

-Eager to learn and grow in a fast paced, dynamic environment,

-Detailed-oriented and analytical,

-Rigour,

-Business oriented,

-Curiosity and proactivity,

-Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
