We’re looking for an Inbound Manager to scale and execute our global digital campaigns both paid and organic. You will work closely with the Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to run data driven digital campaigns.  This position reports to the Head of Demand Generation and will partner with key Marketing leaders. This is a challenging position in one of the fastest growing fintechs in Europe. What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for paid programs and digital advertising strategy and end to-end execution
  • Drive lead generation and sign-ups through digital campaigns and growth tactics.
  • Closely track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs, reporting on lead funnel performance and onsite conversion rate.
  • Write demand generation materials, including landing pages, banner advertisements, and SEM ad copy.
  • Oversee SEO implementation across content, design, social media, PPC and other marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement effective Global / local SEO strategies.
  • Develop web measurement strategies to track all marketing efforts in Google Analytics based on segments’ needs and goals.
  • Create and maintain standards in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Manage advertising and analytics vendors.
  • Take ownership of key acquisition and marketing tools.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Digital marketing savvy with deep expertise and knowledge in performance marketing, especially SEM, social (Linkedin), display and native ads and all other paid media channels.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, planning, tracking and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Experienced with B2B funnel strategies
  • Strong expertise in SEO best practices with experience reporting on SEO KPIs within B2B set up.
  • Great at leveraging all types of content  into digital campaigns.
  • Advanced use of Google Analytics, GTM and Data layer.
  • Experience working with marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics suite, Looker,  Salesforce, Pardot, Moz, Google Search Console.
  • Fast learner, curious and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in payments and marketplaces is a plus.
  • French and/or English native speaking. A third European language is a plus.
