📌Talent Acquisition :

- Tu réalises le process de recrutement, de A à Z, pour des métiers très divers (marketing, commercial, produit...) : du brief du manager, aux entretiens jusqu’à l’offre finale 

- Tu construis un pipeline de candidats pour les postes clés 

- Nous serons ravis de connaître tes recommandations afin d'améliorer le process et l'expérience candidat

- Les événements recrutements et les meetups RH seront l'occasion pour toi de faire rayonner Malt et de développer notre réseau 

📌Projet Marque Employeur :

Tu pourras également t'investir sur des projets RH tels que : 

- Enrichir le contenu de notre page Carrière  

- Créer des partenariats clefs pour améliorer notre marque employeur

- Organiser un meetup RH à la Malterie (le nom de nos supers bureaux dans le 2ème arrondissement) 

- Rédiger la newsletter RH

TON PROFIL :

• Tu es en école de commerce ou universitaire avec une spécialisation RH

• Tu recherches un stage de 6 mois ou une alternance

• Tu es autonome et aime les challenges, et fais preuve de rigueur

• Un bon niveau d'anglais est nécessaire pour échanger au quotidien avec tes collègues !
