Your Missions :

Help scale Germany. Working from our Munich office, you will help grow the community of freelancers on our platform and engage with our clients, but also tackle other topics that will the experience almost as rich as being a founder yourself.

Your scope will include, but is not limited to:

• Engage with freelancers and evangelise the Malt marketplace
• Work with digital media, offline communications and in person meetings (some travel required)
• Create new channels of lead generation, work closely with our marketing team and handle incoming leads from customers, understand their needs, explain how malt works and help them find the right freelancer
• Provide customer support services to clients and freelancers
• Work cross functionally with our HQ teams to adapt our platform, product and processes to ensure business success
• Track our performance on a weekly basis and identify measures how we can scale faster

We are looking for a talented student who wants to be part of the digital revolution and the future of work. We have just started to scale in Germany, so you get the best of being in an established startup, while having the experience of really starting something new.

About you:

• Minimum 4th semester with previous experience through relevant internships
• Business or tech background not required: We care about you and your ability to learn quickly, rather your skills in “Buchhaltung”
• You have a passion for entrepreneurship and you are hands-on
• Proactive, organised and responsible, you know how to work autonomously
• Business focussed, self starter, able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build quality relationships with freelancers and clients
• Fluent in German and English, French is optional as we are an international company (on aime les baguettes et les bieres ;-) )
• Finally, you understand that this will be a unique adventure with a unique company that is changing the #futureofwork

The process :

After your direct application:

• Clémence (our Talent Acquisition Specialist) contacts you for a first telephone exchange to discuss your project and missions
• Then you meet Ilgin (our Business Operations Manager in Munich) and Vincent (our CEO) who is also your future manager,
• Finally you meet the rest of the team in Munich around a coffee,
• When your profile is validated, we will make a proposal within 48 hours and we will welcome you as soon as possible!
