Support the scaling of the German community of freelancers. Working from our Munich office, you will help the Community team and work directly on the actions which have visible impacts in our freelancer community.

• Organize freelance events (photo sessions, business meetings, training sessions, webinars …)
• Detect all the key events of the German digital ecosystem (Meetups, tech events, hackathons), proposing actions with the main organizers
• Select the best Freelancers from the community and retain them for actions with key accounts in Germany
• Help freelancers to optimize their profile and get contacted by companies
• Segment the freelancer database to detect the best talent by profession
• Propose areas to improve the freelance experience and journey
• Understand the struggles freelancers are facing in Germany specific topics and help them on a daily basis

We are looking for a talented student who wants to be part of the digital revolution and the future of work. We have just started to scale in Germany, so you get the best of being in an established startup, while having the experience of really starting something new.

✨ YOUR PROFILE ✨

• You are in last year Bachelor or Master student, or equivalent, and looking for a 6 months internship
• You have good communication skills, written and spoken
• You can exchange in German and English fluently- Valuable training in communication, customer service, human resources or similar
• Organisation, attention to detail and proactivity are natural for you (Autonomy is the 3rd value of Malt !)

📆 THE PROCESS 📆

After your direct application :

• Clémence (Our talent acquisition specialist) is contacting you for an initial telephone exchange to discuss your project and missions
• Then you meet Ilgin (our Business Operations Manager in Munich) and Christa (our Community Developer in Munich) who is also your future manager,
• Finally you meet the rest of the team in Munich around a coffee,
• When your profile is validated, we will make a proposal within 48 hours and we will welcome you as soon as possible!
