Part of our growth strategy is centred around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Care Ops Manager.

Reporting to our VP Customer Care, you will join the Customer Care team !

What you will do :

  • Assume the role of Product Owner / Project Owner for the Customer Care division’s transformation ;

  • Improve and develop the tools used by the team in order to strengthen efficiency and internal communication ;

  • Find and implement the new procedures inside the Customer Care division ;

  • Contribute to reduce the contact rate by analyzing users requests and implementing product improvements ;

  • Facilitate the coordination between the different teams of the Customer Care division and ensure good transversal communication and make sure to transmit informations to the teams ;

  • Participate in the recruitment of the team, training and be supportive for the employees.

    • You are in the right place if :

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in scale-up and / or in a consulting firm ;

  • You have strong knowledges in project management and understand the underlying trades and techniques that compose them ;

  • You know how to collaborate with technical teams on product development projects.
