Part of our growth strategy is centred around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new CRM Manager.

Reporting to our Head of CRM, you will join the Marketing team, whose mission is to ensure that users make the most of Lydia’s services.

What you will do :

  • Improve quality and granularity of our existing push, in app, email campaigns, content cards ;

  • Create new multichannel campaign scenarios to drive engagement of new and existing users as well as revenue growth in all our markets ;

  • Contribute to the generation of our global user lifecycle ;

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to continuously improve campaigns creative in order to meet performance goals ;

  • Produce recurring reporting to monitor performance of our actions ;

  • Maintain consistency and optimize data feeding of our CRM tool in collaboration with our product and engineering team ;

  • Work with some of our international teams to implement CRM processes and structures in order to drive and participate to their development.

  • You are in the right place if :

  • Proven experience as CRM Manager or similar role ideally within a fast-paced FinTech company or high growth startup ;

  • Excellent knowledge of industry current best practices ;

  • Capacity to adapt to a fast moving product, provide feedback and suggest improvements ;

  • Strong redactional skills ;

  • Fluent in both French and English.
