The mission

The Ops Manager will be a key asset in the team :

  • Operational management:

    • service delivery : organisation of the hardware and software deployments, coordination of Lixo and client teams
    • service assurance : client relations post deployment, organisation of the technical assistance
  • Operational strategy : structure the operations processes, build a large scale deployment (including international)
  • Management of operational partners (for installation, maintenance)

Job details

During the first 6-9 months, the Ops manager will be in charge of operations in autonomy :

  • Deployment preparation :

    • Collaboration with technical teams (hardware and software) to validate deployment calendars
  • Deployment and installations :

    • Management of remote installations
    • Deployment planning with the partners involved
    • Service initiation and tests
  • Post-installation follow-up:

    • Technical follow-up
    • Maintenance of equipment in operational state
  • Documentation of installation and deployment procedures

Beyond 9 months, the new recruit’s role will be key in building Lixo’s operational services :

  • make or buy strategy
  • recruitment roadmap
  • long term vision of key partnership to build

Role within the team

Within the team, the Ops Manager will play a central role between sales / CEO and the tech teams :

  • Planning management post-sales
  • Hardware + software coordination, hand-in-hand with the CTO
  • Participate in Lixo’s product improvement

In the mid term, this position could evolve towards a strong management role at an international level
