Come and join our tech team to take part in the highly needed healthcare transformation!

You'll join a team of 7 developers. This team works on products that are used by thousands of healthcare practitioners, with a very high growth rate. Front Side, we run pretty much everything on React. In the backend we use Node.

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll work on:

👉 Lifen Documents a tool used to manage and share documents to other healthcare practitioners and patients

👉 Lifen Planning, the leading tool to organize the team in a hospital context

Your future missions as a Senior Frontend Engineer

- Develop new features & maintain products already in production

- Get new skills (for instance mail technologies)

- Coach and train Junior Developers

- Improve Developer experience by bringing improvements in tooling, methodologies

- Improve test coverage and CI pipeline alongside QA Engineers

This position is open to full-remote from France.

The profile we're looking for

💪Strong technical background, of course to ship features that bring great products to the healthcare industry, but also to coach younger Developers, take a part on architectural improvements, and work on cross functional initiatives to improve our engineering framework

👀Open minded and curious: track record in React

🧑‍💻Result-oriented rather than Tech-addict: "how can we ship something great to our customers?" is a better question than "what is the best technology / framework to work with?"

💼Pragmatic: we're not looking for the best design ever, but for something that is strong (kiss / tested / etc.) and delivers value to our clients

⚽️Team player: although speed is important, you value team work and want to dedicate time to bring people with you, learn from others, coach younger Developers, etc.

🇬🇧🇫🇷Languages: you have good English and French communication skills to engage with all team members within the company.
