Do you have commercial flair and would like to help us develop our Private Health Institutions customer base?Come and join our team as a Key Account Manager - Private Healthcare Institutions!  In order to consolidate its growth and nurture its relationship with its private healthcare clients, Lifen wants to structure and strengthen its Private Healthcare Institutions Key Account Management team. Within this Key Account Management Team, you will be at the heart of the company’s strategy.

Your future missions as a Key Account Manager - Private Healthcare Institutions

You will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of our solution within Lifen’s private healthcare customers, groups of hospitals and clinics:

- Pilot coordination and implementation;

- Follow-up and assessment (monitoring of metrics and qualitative feedback);

- Deployment (at hospital level). You are in charge of maintaining solid relationships with the company’s clients:

- First point of contact with management and project managers on the client side;

- Monitoring the solution’s usage and reporting needs to the product team;

- Identify upselling opportunities, manage the deployment of new features and monitoring adoption and usage.

You will be the ambassador of Lifen and its values to multiple contacts:

- Hospital and clinics directors, project and IT managers, practitioners and assistants etc.

- You will also have the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with a wide range of departments within Lifen to ensure that clients’ needs are met.

The profile we’re looking for

💼You have excellent organizational skills, you know how to manage a project with multiple stakeholders;

🩺You have already acquired significant experience in a position with similar responsibilities, ideally related to health professions, or professions with an institution dimension;

🏩Plus, you have a particular interest in the health/hospital world.

👩‍💻You are able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies;

🗣You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt your speech to various stakeholders.
