The Infrastructure Team

Come join our tech team as a Head of Infrastructure for our Apps Delivery department!

Working with tech leads, architects, and the CTO, you will be responsible for the different teams working on our deployment framework, CI/CD, security, and dev experience.

The Infrastructure team covers all the engineering of the company. Composed of 7 people, the team is working to build an infra that respects both the standards and security needs of our environment.

Part of the team is located in Paris, where our headquarters are, but most of our engineers work remotely (mostly in France).

Your future missions as the Head of Infrastructure

- Direct management (1:1’s, perf review, feedback loop) of engineering managers, tech leads, and individual contributors

- Career planning, promotions, and coaching

- Ownership of your teams’ delivery, productivity, and metrics

- Cascading communication

- Team protection and Happiness

- Ensure a good strategy in terms of Infrastructure (deployments, CI/CD, security, DevEx...) ****

- Help development teams to focus on what matters

- Participation in strategical decisions (direct relation with the Comex) for your department

- Work on cross-team management framework (handbooks and guidelines, tech ladder, perf review tools...)

- Create a culture of excellence within the team

This position is open to full-remote from France.

The profile we’re looking for

🏆 Proven experience in a similar role (Engineering Manager, Head-Of, Tribe Director, etc.)

💪 You know your way around software development life cycle, distributed systems, and infrastructure tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, CircleCI, Python, etc.)

📊 You have experience in managing several tech teams and in coaching managers (lead, EM, etc.) in a distributed work environment. 

👀 You are interested in healthily helping an organization scale and improve its engineering management framework.

🙌 You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, transparency, and team effort
