✍️ What you'll do
Within the CSM team, your main missions will be to :
- Manage and optimise the CRM : ensure that it meets business needs and is configured to facilitate the work of CSM staff.
- Interact with teams (sales, tech, customer success).
- Carrying out continuous improvement.
- Adapting tools according to the needs of the teams.
- Global understanding of the CSM team and the global business.
Requirements
- Master degree in Business School / Engineering (Bac + 4/5).
- Highly organized and rigorous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast changing environment.
- You have a good understanding of digital tools.
- Is a plus: very good knowledge of Salesforce.
