We’re looking for an expert in copywriting and storytelling to help the lempire team grow and improve our content.

In this role, your main focus will be to work on educational resources and be like a copywriting coach for your co-workers.

Phase 1: week-1 (Onboarding)

• Full lempire audit, understand our culture and our vision
• Understand our product and our audience
• Meet the team and understand the missions in different departments

Phase 2: week-2 (Build helping resources)

• Start working on building and gathering resources to help lempire team growth in copywriting and storytelling (frameworks, educational content, tutos, etc.)
• Build your own strategy to grow your personal brand on LinkedIn and different platforms of your choice

Phase 3: week-3 & ongoing (Work with the team)

• Start working with people from the team to help them create content
• Help them to identify the tone of their personal brand
• Coach them for the structure of the content they’re producing for lempire, lemlist, lemverse, etc.
• Grow your personal brand on LinkedIn and other platforms

You’re a content creator with a proven “word record” and an attitude of only wanting to produce top content. No compromises! Native-level English (both speaking and writing) is a must. You’re super comfortable with proofreading your own work and there are no rookie mistakes once you publish it. But on top of everything, you have a passion for storytelling and creating content that wins people’s hearts.
