[WANTED] The Account Manager is in charge of the management of high-level Existing Accounts “partner portfolios”, for which she/he is the main contact within the company and for which she/he aims to maximize satisfaction and the turnover generated.

As the privileged point of contact with our Spanish and Portuguese partners, we are looking for the ideal candidate who will be able to contribute to our sustaining business in both countries.

As Account Manager, directly reporting to the Country Manager, you will be in charge of:

  • Development, management, and structuring of the overall business relationship with partners (approximately 50 clients/partners)
  • Knowledge of the partner’s organization, its sector of activity, its positioning
  • Centralization of exchanges (privileged interlocutor) and coordination of internal actors (Operations, IT, Finance, etc.) in order to increase partner satisfaction
  • Analysis of the business area with the partner, analysis / prediction of its needs & implementation of effective follow-up (physical meetings / conference calls, etc.) / communication strategies (new products, new services) in order to maximize the turnover generated by the partner
  • Negotiation of rates & terms of endorsements for new subscribed services
  • The realization of regular reviews (QBR) and the construction of regular account plans
  • Feeding the roadmap of product/service developments and helping to prioritize them according to business issues
  • Development & supply of KPIs for monitoring the relationship (number of appointments, changes in turnover, new services subscribed to, etc.) by partner in the company’s tools (Hubspot, PRM, etc.)
  • Invitation of partners to the different events and participation in international trade shows

Experience

  • Master’s degree / International Business / Project Management (“atypical” profiles will be considered)
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
  • Experience in consultancy will be also taken in account
