Ledger is looking for a Talent & Performance Development Manager to transform the performance process and to implement the talent management strategy and framework with the ever-changing needs of our employees and business. This person will build, implement and sustain a range of initiatives to build leadership capability and manage performance and talent across the organization.

The overall goal is to design and implement leading practices in performance management, succession planning, and talent development. This individual will execute these goals by collaborating with leadership and colleagues to create and execute programs that address the needs of the organization and will develop skills, advance careers, drive diversity and enhance their contributions and value to the company support the people strategy.

Your mission

  • Create and drive strategy and framework for performance management, talent management, talent reviews/calibration, succession planning and promote individual development plans across all areas of the business
  • Design and delivery a new performance management process that drives value creation based on SMART methodology
  • Ensure solutions are in alignment and integrated with other people and business initiatives
  • Work with key stakeholders to assess leadership challenges and capability gaps and design/develop/support and/or lead the implementation of the initiatives to address those issues
  • Design and implement evaluation processes to assess effectiveness of programs
  • What we’re looking for:

  • You are passionate about performance & talent management and to build innovative solutions
  • You desire to work in a collaborative and international environment with plenty of challenges
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Management & Development / Performance Management
  • You have worked in a fast-growing international environment
  • You are highly organised and able to work efficiently with an Agile mindset on multiple tasks
  •  You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders, various operational team members and other People functions
  • You are service-oriented towards your client groups
  • You are data-driven and with the ability to navigate complexity in collaborative ways
  • You are fluent in English (French is also nice to have)
  • You think outside the box, have innovative mindset and can build things from the scratch
  • You have experience with 360 evaluation and trends in Performance Management, Continuous Feedback and Talent programs, tools, methodologies and more
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and driving talent programs that positively impact employee engagement, calibrate talent with rigor, deepen succession and increase organisational capability
  • Ability to effectively interface with and influence employees/managers at all levels of the organization and across functional/geographical lines
  • In depth experience with multiple approaches and technologies related to change, performance management, talent management and leadership development initiatives
  • Project management skills including ability to create action plans and timelines, manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Ability to gather, synthesise and analyse data, draw conclusions and summarise recommendations
  • Experienced manager with the ability to motivate and effectively bring out the best in people
  • Experience leveraging digital tools to drive measurable benefits
  • Experience with HRIS implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and / or equivalent work experience
