Mission

Ledger’s Knowledge Management (KM) team is tasked with creating and disseminating standards among Ledger’s tech and business teams to capture, improve, and enhance teams’ knowledge.

Primary responsibilities

  • Vision and strategy: Reporting to our VP Infrastructure & Operations, after having investigated the needs of Ledger’s tech and business units as well as the current practices in terms of data, information and processes, you will develop a vision of knowledge management strategy that can be spread among the various departments. You will determine the appropriate level of ambition and define a development roadmap reflecting priorities and business objectives (short and mid-term).
  • Expertise development and governance:
  • - Define a consistent documentation ecosystem (tools and processes) to facilitate access to information.

    - Deploy a document lifecycle management to identify critical knowledge and ensure up to date and relevant content.

    - Create templates to ease the documentation creation and help predictability for the reader. 

    - Develop a training strategy to deliver recommended and good documentation practices and empower the teams on the tools. 

    - Develop a strategic plan to monitor the application and adoption of your standards and point out critical points.

    - Act as the project sponsor / manager to implement the strategy collaborating with other departments, such as Program Management and Security, to deliver Knowledge Management projects in a timely fashion.

  • KM team and development: Develop a staffing plan to build up a multidisciplinary and complementary team to support Ledger’s ambitions for Knowledge Management.
  • Evangelization and adoption:

  • Ensure that key stakeholders understand the importance of the expertise and guarantee its integration in business processes via relevant communication channels (ex. success stories, capsules, newsletters).
  • Requirements

  • 10+ years on Knowledge Management, on organizations operating SaaS solutions
  • A previous experience of people management and building teams is mandatory
  • Proficient English essential
  • Experience of cross-functional work and the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach with regards to building key relationships across the organization and define projects scope, goals, plan and deliverables
  • The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Energy, enthusiasm and drive to create a positive working relationship with the business and the team
  • “Customer focused” with the ability to identify and understand both internal and external customer's needs
  • Creative problem solving and analysis skills with an ability to identify develop and implement solutions to meet the needs of the business
