We are looking for a person who will take the ownership of a newly created team of Bootcamp Operations at Le Wagon. The role entails shaping the global framework and implementing new processes, staying connected to local teams on a daily basis and supporting them in creating and maintaining their own workflows as well as training of the Batch Managers globally.
The role requires strong management and communication skills to create and ensure a strong performance of the global strategy. It is also important that you have been involved in Education to have a good understanding of how to run a course or a bootcamp and to oversee the team responsible for Bootcamp Operations. The pedagogical side of the role requires experience in training or teaching in order to lead the global training for the junior Batch Managers.
You will report to the COO and cooperate with the Engineering team which will support you with establishing the know-how on bootcamp management, building the tools to optimize the work of your team and with running the global trainings.
Create a global Bootcamp Operations framework
Ensure the Bootcamp Operations structure is implemented across all cities and is running smoothly
Support local cities in building their pool of Batch Managers
Build a community of Batch Managers and coordinate their training globally
Cooperate with Engineering
