Are you an active member of the Le Wagon community and would like to take one step further to help us shape the future of Le Wagon Bootcamps?

If you have been working in Education, have experience with management and would like to work with interesting people all around the world - this role might be a good fit for you!

We are looking for a person who will take the ownership of a newly created team of Bootcamp Operations at Le Wagon. The role entails shaping the global framework and implementing new processes, staying connected to local teams on a daily basis and supporting them in creating and maintaining their own workflows as well as training of the Batch Managers globally.

The role requires strong management and communication skills to create and ensure a strong performance of the global strategy. It is also important that you have been involved in Education to have a good understanding of how to run a course or a bootcamp and to oversee the team responsible for Bootcamp Operations. The pedagogical side of the role requires experience in training or teaching in order to lead the global training for the junior Batch Managers.

You will report to the COO and cooperate with the Engineering team which will support you with establishing the know-how on bootcamp management, building the tools to optimize the work of your team and with running the global trainings.

  1. Create a global Bootcamp Operations framework

    1. Build communication and reporting processes to manage the Bootcamp Operations teams
    2. Create workflows and processes for the local Bootcamp Operations teams
    3. Set KPIs for the global and local Bootcamp Operations to track the performance of the framework
    4. Create a Bootcamp Ops roadmap with cross-department talents and oversee these projects from their shaping stage until their final implementation
  2. Ensure the Bootcamp Operations structure is implemented across all cities and is running smoothly

    1. Make sure each city has implemented or is in the process of implementing the Bootcamp Operations structure
    2. Enable sharing of best practices and workflows between the cities
    3. Establish a clear reporting structure between you and the local Bootcamp Operations teams
  3. Support local cities in building their pool of Batch Managers

    1. Identify cities which are lacking candidates for Batch Management
    2. Work on their current processes and help with quicker upskilling in management of the Teachers in local community
    3. In case of lack of local candidates help to recruit Batch Managers from other cities
  4. Build a community of Batch Managers and coordinate their training globally

    1. Schedule and run Batch Management trainings each quarter
    2. Make sure all the new Batch Managers have done the training
    3. Organize frequent Q&A sessions for Batch Managers
    4. Engage the Batch Managers from different cities to help with running the training and Q&A sessions
  5. Cooperate with Engineering

    1. Work together on building processes and tools within Kitt to support Bootcamp Operations framework
    2. Create documentation for Batch Management processes on Notion
    3. Create content and run Masterclasses on Batch Managers & Teachers Training for internal staff
    4. Create content and trainings for Freelance Batch Managers
    5. Run frequent training and FAQ sessions for Freelance Batch Managers
