Job description

Within the Finance team based in Barcelona and the RH Group, he/she will be responsible for :

  • In charge of all descriptions for all the job positions
  • Qualify and interview candidates during the recruitment process
  • Create a flowchart of Spain
  • Be the person in touch for all communications of the employee between the team leads managers
  • Communicate with the Human Resources department in Paris with all changes occurring in Spain.

Preferred experience

Education

  • 3, or 4 years of higher education;
  • Good knowledge of Spanish legislation

Qualities required

  • Candidates with atypical profiles, with great facility to work in a team;
  • Professional relationships easily;
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Spanish; French is an extra.
  • Have had a similar significant experience
  • Knowledge of the scale-up world
  • Appetence for finance, management, and human resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy;
  • Versatile, creative, reactive, service-minded, efficient, empathetic, and proactive.
