As part of the IT Transformation Program and to support the new organization, the Group CIO Office & Transformation team is looking for new talents.

As a Program Management Officer (PMO) for the Group CIO Office & Transformation, you will be able to plan, organize, manage and follow up the Transformation Program including the following activities:

  • Steer the IT Transformation Program workstreams and monitor the strategic KPIs that drive the overall IT Transformation performance (Organization & Governance, Road To Excellence, Tech Foundations, Data, People, Tech Accelerator)
  • Steer the IT Transformation Program workstreams and monitor the strategic KPIs that drive the overall IT - Transformation performance (Organization & Governance, Road To Excellence, Tech Foundations, Data, People, Tech Accelerator)
  • Responsible for the Transformation program coordination & roll-out follow-up in alignment with the Beauty Tech ambitions
  • Ensure the link between the sponsors and leads of all Worldwide Transformation work streams
  • Monitor their progress and guarantee that results are shared, implemented and communicated to all business & IT stakeholders
  • Define/adapt the change management activities in collaboration with HR Transformation teams to ensure the roll-out
  • Sponsor and/or lead specific work streams
  • Support Group CIO and IT Management Committe by facilitating the strategic decision-making process
  • Regular communication, Steering committee setup
  • Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables
  • Define and monitor KPIs
  • Produce strategic and valuable outcomes to accompany the Transformation: Strategic Frame & Reference guides, Transformation communication Kit…) & support IT events (Town Hall, Discovery, Seminar…)
  • Promote sharing in order to break silos and foster a strong CIO & Transformation Officers community
  • Animate 50+ people community, set-up collaboration platform & content
  • Ensure IT standards are followed and Support Change management
  • Engage the community through a shared vision, ambition supported and driven by qualitative & quantitative KPIs
  • Encourage constant synergies between IT Teams and functions across the organization (Beauty Tech, PMOs, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Communication, BRMs…)
  • Shift Next Gen IT to Pivot to Beauty Tech by facilitating new ways of working and enforcing Sustainable ambition.

  • Agile methodology knowledge
