Bo studied Operations and Innovation Management in Copenhagen and later worked as a marketing consultant in the Innovation Center of West Virginia University. In March 2016, he returned to Slovakia, where he received an offer from Triad Advertising to launch their internal tool - Kontentino.
Today, Bo is managing, motivating, and defining the strategy and vision for 30 talented and passionate Kontetino workers. Bohumil made it into Forbes list 30 under 30 and won the Founder of the Year award.
Hanka studied urban planning at the University of Copenhagen. After she returned to Slovakia, she chose a different path, though.
For a few years, Hanka poured knowledge into the heads of others by teaching English. Later, she got into digital marketing at Henkel, where she handled YouTube ads and social media.
When she had enough of washing powders, she started at Kontentino as a junior customer support specialist, then she became customer success manager. Nowadays, as the Head of Customer Success, she and her team are in charge of hundreds of bigger clients.
After six years of working as a sound engineer handling various projects in Mexico, Spain and the UK, in 2013, Alejandro returned to Mexico to explore new opportunities in different disciplines.
With his father and other partners, he helped to develop a program for cooperation between universities and the IT industry. In 2016, they set up a spin-off startup to develop a digital platform for professional development. Later that year, Alejandro moved to Bratislava, the home city of his wife, where he worked for the Mexico company remotely. The project was eventually suspended due to lacking funds.
Then he started working for Muziker, where he ran the Spanish e-shop. After a few years, he joined Kontentino as a Customer Success Manager and became the Head of Product team.
He studied computer science at the University of Žilina, but had discovered his love for programming already at the age of 13. He gained experience in various roles and with different technologies at Azet or Eset. Later, he helped launch a property sale app for Norway's largest insurance company. Working in several start-ups and his desire to pass on his experience brought him to Kontentino, where he leads a team of developers and defines the technical direction in which the company is heading.
During high school, he began freelancing as a web developer, then continued lecturing computer and graphic courses for children and youth, after that he ventured into support and sales. Since none of these was his true calling, he set out to become a marketer. He went through several scale-ups, corporates, agencies, and won marketing and PR awards. He ran the startup Boosterberg until he eventually ended up at Kontentino as a Marketing Manager and quickly became the Head of Marketing.
He enjoys a challenge, thinking out of the box, storytelling, and context in data. As he likes to say: mistake is the best teacher, who doesn’t ask, learns nothing, and even stumbling is a movement forward.
Kontentino je jedným z najrýchlejšie rastúcich slovenských startupov a dostal sa medzi 100 najrýchlejšie rastúcich SaaS na svete. Ich misiou je pomáhať reklamným agentúram a značkám efektívnejšie tvoriť kvalitný obsah na sociálne siete. A o tom, že sa im to darí, svedčí že takých super agentúr a značiek je už cez 4000 na celom svete. Nachádzajú sa v Belgicku, USA, ale napr. aj v Hong Kongu a patria medzi ne BBDO, Ogilvy, Pilsner Urquell či Nestlé.
Kontentino je malý tím 16 ľudí, ktorý však rýchlo rastie. Máš možnosť sa preto veľmi veľa učiť a vidieť, ako dynamicky funguje startup. Samozrejmosťou je priamy kontakt s ich CTO, CEO, succesákmi či markeťákmi.
Žijú si spolu v domčeku “na stráni” s výhľadom na Mlynskú dolinu. Pracujú na kôpke, ale keď sa budeš potrebovať zavrieť a telefonovať, môžeš využiť napríklad terasku či miestnosti plné rastlín a umenia. Spoločne chodia na splavy, lyžovačky či pivká. Ráno sa u nich na záhradke precvičuje jóga s ich susedmi Brackets by Triad. Zúčastňujú sa konferencií ako WebSummit (Lisabon), Saastock (Dublin) TNW (Amsterdam), Social Media Week a podobne. Pojem korporátna kultúra im nič nehovorí, sú kamaráti a kultúru si tvoria sami.
