As Strategic Projects Manager, your main mission will be to manage large projects that will have a strategic impact on the company’s development. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations and will interact closely with the founders given the nature of the projects you will be working on.
From ideation to exploration until actual implementation with internal and external stakeholders, you will be the main person in charge of strategic projects (see below). As part of this mission, you will:
- Analyse strategic insights from all relevant sources: our product, the market, the competitive landscape, etc.
- Make strategic recommendations and build associated action plans,
- Lead and coordinate with all stakeholders, be they internal departments or external partners, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery,
- Build and document all deliverables & processes related to these projects, making sure they scale well,
- Benchmark the tools and potential partners, and suggest **the most relevant for implementation,
- Provide reporting, analytical tools and templates that will allow us to monitor KPIs linked to these projects,
- Train the teams involved and drive change smoothly and efficiently within the company
Among the types of projects you will work on (one of your responsibilities would be to enlarge this non-exhaustive list):
- New product offerings. Our intention is to grow from a cashback app to an all-in-one shopping app, from discovery to payment. You will work on all new product offerings that concur to this.
- Development of our footprint. Our intention is to go global and will expand internationally soon. You will be leading international expansion projects, both on the go-to-market and on the international evolutions it will require.
