    Who are they?

    With over 500M daily users, Stories have become a very popular format. Yet they remain very time-consuming and expensive to create for non-technical teams. This is why we’re building JOIN Stories, a super slick Web Story Editor making it easy for global brands like L’Oréal, Veepee or Wethenew to create and deliver powerful stories on all their web and social platforms.

    We raised 4.5M€ in 2022 with some of the most exciting VCs and Angels (Voodoo, Zenly, Jellysmack, AB Tasty…) to take our tool to the next step.

    This is just the beginning : we believe we can help hundreds of new companies reinvent the way they communicate with their customers, and we’re building a team of passionate and ambitious members to achieve that!

    📱 Meet our Product

    Our solution helps Content, Marketing, E-commerce and Internal Communication teams create awesome Stories in a few clicks thanks to pre-designed templates but also UGC aspired from their Social Media.

    The technical integration is also effortless and is not hurting the page speed loading. Users can multi-distribute Web Stories on their website, app, emails, Whatsapp, QR code thanks to our widgets technology.

    Plus, JOIN Stories enables tracking all the needed KPIs (views, clicks, etc) in one place, with a very digest data dashboard by stories, widgets and forms.

    Job description

    👤 Why we need you ?

    JOIN has grown rapidly with very little marketing. Having built up a sales team of over 10 people, we’re now looking to implement strong marketing and seize the growth opportunities offered by inbound.

    These skills are sorely lacking at JOIN:

    • Managing the Ads funnel with our integrated agency

    • Setting up and maintaining an efficient tracking and lead scoring

    • Test and find an acquisition funnel to generate leads for the SDR team

    • Create a content strategy from scratch

    We had a freelance content manager who left us in July 23. We’ll be recruiting a new content marketer to ensure scalable deployment of marketing content.

    You’ll be working with Typhaine and Chiara, two experienced designers at JOIN who are used to create marketing content (Ads, Gated Content, Landing Pages, Social Media video, etc).

    You’ll report directly to Jonathan, CEO and co-founder of JOIN. He’s a marketing-oriented guy (formely at Nike France) who wants to create a strong B2B brand. He also has a very good understanding of content marketing.

    💼 Your missions

    • Define and control the customer journey, from tracking to lead scoring.

    • Managing the Ads funnel with our integrated agency. A 7-day free-trial has been implemented in June 2023. We have not yet succeeded in cracking this funnel to generate a significant number of registrations.

    • Work on website conversion. We have an efficient ecosystem of people who can intervene on site: 2 designers and 1 Webflow agency connected on our Slack (one of whose strengths is speed of execution).

    • Launch another specific channels (gated content, co-marketing, SEO etc) to generate leads for Sales team. We’ve tested e-book partnerships and webinars. No great success so far. We need to crack one of these topics.

    • Assist the SDR team in developing the outbound strategy. You’ll be working hand-in-hand with Guillaume, our Head of Sales (formerly of Hivency acquired by Skeepers).

    💰 Salary

    • Compensation between 45K€ and 60K€, depending on your experience

    • Variable: 12k€

    Preferred experience

    • You have a first successful growth experience in a B2B Saas startup

    • You have a desire and ability to lead projects from start to finish

    • You have a strong curiosity

    • You have an ability to do a lot with a small budget (the fundraising market is very complex at the moment).

    Recruitment process

    1. 30 min call with Mélinda, our Talent Acquisition Manager to make sure our expectations are aligned

    2. 1-hour interview with Jonathan, our CEO, to discuss more about your background, your motivation, your projection and answer all your questions

    3. 1-30 hour practical case in the office to get a better understanding of your skills

    4. Culture coffee : A final on-site meeting to meet the team to get a feel of the work atmosphere and discover our company culture ☕
