Job description

What you will do

Analyst Account Receivables is the right position for you if you would like to take over a role where you can use your communication skills in German and be close to business and finance. In our Business Centre, this position belongs to the Order-To-Cash (OTC) department. We are responsible for the collection of past due amounts from our customers. We are the first point of contact for situations related to accounts receivable and are driven by our cash related goals.

Our AR Analysts team works to support in-country cash collectors so they can timely collect the cash from our customers, through the effective management of received inquiries. We work to keep our aged debt to a minimum through timely action of outstanding debt.

How you will do it

In your role as an Analyst Accounts Receivables, you will be responsible for activities related to some of the most complex Johnson Controls customer portfolios.

You will provide the full back-office support to our cash collectors in Johnson Controls branches in Germany, i.e. various administrative support, reporting support, analytical support, etc. You will communicate daily with our staff in German branches, and you are supposed to be an efficient mediator between the branches and our shared services center staff in different AR processes (e.g. cash application process, customer master data process, etc.). In the case of customer complaints and disputes, you will either manage their resolution internally and/or coordinate cooperation between branches in Germany and different order-To-Cash processes.

You will be based in our newly opened offices in the vibrant city center close to the river and Eurovea shopping center. The onsite facilities include a fitness center, coffee machines, canteen, and nursery. If you are relocating to Bratislava to join JCI you will be eligible to receive a housing allowance to help you get your new life set up!

Salary in the range from 1200 to 1400 EUR/month gross (plus regular monthly bonus) based on relevant experience.
