As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer , you will :

1. Develop and implement machine learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms in areas such as NLP, computer vision, and generative AI. 

2. Improve existing machine learning systems, e.g. automated sentiment & emotion analysis, named entity recognition, logo detection, scene recognition, topic modeling, etc. 

3. Perform statistical analysis and tune using test results. 

4. Extend the MLOps pipelines to improve data and model delivery speed and quality 

5. Keep abreast of developments in the field. 

6. Collaborate with the rest of the team during team sync meetings 

7. Write documentation and review merge requests

You have :

• A proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role especially in NLP

• A strong background in computer science and software engineering: data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, code writing, and reviewing. Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, transformers, …), probability and statistics.

• An outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

• An excellent written and oral communication skills.

• A good ability to work in a team

• A good level in English and French (fluent). This includes writing, speaking, and reading
