In 10+ countries, INCO Academy provides un- and underemployed individuals with fully-funded, future-proof training and employment services, allowing them to access exciting job opportunities in the tech and sustainability sectors.

Your missions:

  1. Operations: oversee the successful implementation of portfolio projects (60%)
    ● Oversee and coordinate the work of your team to ensure successful delivery on programmatic targets.
    ● Collect, analyse and compile performance data on ongoing programs, and report to your manager in a structured and actionable manner.
    ● Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to inform and facilitate program-focused conversations with funders and partners.

  2. People: recruit, onboard and manage your teams (30%)
    ● Identify recruitment and staffing needs for new and existing projects, in alignment with program budgets set by your managers.
    ● Define new roles and responsibilities for hires or internal mobility, build job descriptions and advertise openings where necessary. Oversee the screening and interviewing of incoming applicants. Onboard new team members.
    ● Set clear responsibilities, timelines and objectives (using the OKR framework) for all team members. Manage your team’s OKRs, and track their progress and performance against these indicators.
    ● Provide guidance and coaching to team members as established by and measured on individual people management OKRs.

  3. Growth: support identifying and pursuing growth and funding opportunities (10%)
    ● Identify market gaps and areas where INCO Academy could bring value to the European ecosystem
    ● Assist in facilitating the ‘landing’ of new projects in Europe, ie the transition from proposal to implementation


Preferované skúsenosti

Basic Qualifications:
-> least 6-10 years’ experience in project management, business development or partnerships/account management
-> Good understanding of European professional skills development scene and employment landscape, and able to demonstrate existing relationships with non-profit organisations, employers, institutions…

Preferred Qualifications:
-> A passion for innovation and social impact. At INCO, we do the work of an NGO with the mindset of a tech startup.
-> Ability to thrive in an international environment and to build solid professional relationships with a vast array of stakeholders ranging from community group volunteers to C-Level executives.
-> Willingness to roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets.
-> Ability to work remotely while maintaining close links with the core team through regular and transparent reporting.
-> Solid command of productivity tools (Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, etc.).
