Responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition
  • Support the CEO with building the Organization forward
  • Define the Talent Acquisition strategy & processes, monitored by robust KPIs
  • Coach hiring managers and leaders with defining their needs
  • Lead employment branding initiatives to attract Talents (& skills) and contribute to building the Employer Branding along with the Marketing Team
  • Source and build talent pools to ensure the company’s growth
  • Interview, assess and monitor the recruitment processes

Culture

  • Support the Founding team with developing the culture as we expand
  • Constantly question and seek to improve our processes around culture and values, helping to extend those to a set of operating principles, establishing them.

People Development & Operations

  • Provide the teams with adequate training for the Development Plans
  • Contribute to develop the Compensation and Reward proposition to retain and attract Talents
  • Be a support for the Onboarding and Offboarding processes (ensure the perfect onboarding process for our future Talents…)

Competencies (Profile)

  • At least 4 years experience in human resources and talent management.
  • Experience (or strong desire) with working in a fast-growing, innovative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience with a startup or entrepreneurial-minded company
  • Self-starter with lots of initiative and creativity
  • Experience with ATS, excel, KPI and key metrics
  • Demonstrate leadership, empathy and listening skills
  • High level of energy, resilient
