Your role

We’re looking for Product Manager that is passionate by product and excited about building the best solution in Talent Management.

Working closely with the Lead Product Manager and the entire team at Elevo you will be in charge to bring value to the Elevo’s users. At Elevo, product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, operations and other key functions. We’re looking for Product Manager who is obsessed by the Why and wants to deliver value to our users.

Your missions as a Product Manager 💪🏻

Product Discovery 🔍

• Analyse users behaviours looking at our data on Pendo and Google Analytics
• Lead discovery and ideation workshops and be able to innovate, propose the right solution
• Understand our market and our competitors
• Keep track of all our users feedback on ProductBoard
• Craft and design new functionalities using Figma

Product Delivery 🚀

• Lead and inspire a team of software developers
• Ensure the features have the right priority and are explicitly spread into user stories
• Ensure that the delivery process is optimized in your team with the help of your Tech Team lead and the Engineering manager
• Organize and prioritize the team’s backlog and be responsible for its achievement
• Participate in all Agile rituals with your team: daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospective.
• Write internal product release to promote your team’s work to the rest of the company
• Measure the success of your features

Strategy and Roadmap ⭐️

• Working with the Lead Product Manager, you will participate in the preparation of the quarterly product roadmap

Skills 🎯

• You are fluent in English (oral and written), the Product and Tech team work in English
• You have Between 1-3 years of experience in software product management
• You have experience working with B2B customers
• You are obsessed by the why and have strong problem-solving skills
• You have a technical background (ideally computer science, software engineering, information systems)
• You are a strong communicator, internally (with all teams) and externally with clarity, humility and precision
• You are a strong team player, with product, tech and business teams
