Description

The Head of Growth and Strategy will have a critical impact on Elevo’s next stage of growth.

You will be working closely with the CEO and Marketing Director on scaling our existing (and successful ) growth engine: 100% inbound, with stellar SaaS metrics). In addition, you will be a driving force behind our strategic initiatives: international expansion, Enterprise accounts and product-led growth through features expansion.

This role is a highly cross-functional, strategic role which will require both creative and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline generation strategy through all our channels (paid and non paid acquisition channels)
  • Manage and scale the growth team (2 ETP today, 5+ by mid-2022)
  • Provide strategic insights on performance of the whole GTM organisation at Elevo (acquisition, qualification, closing, with close links with Marketing, BDR and Account Executives)
  • Help optimize an engine that drives predictable and scalable growth, along with Marketing and Sales
  • Own execution of its associated plan, including scope, target outcomes, key metrics and measures, and required inputs and resources to deliver
  • Build systems and processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Work closely with product marketing, marketing operations, communication/ content and sales to ensure message optimization and cross-functional alignment

Preferované skúsenosti

  • You have shown a very strong analytical mind and solid business sense in previous experiences (e.g. strategy consulting)
  • You have experience in performance marketing (B2B SaaS is a huge plus but not mandatory)
  • You can quickly grasp the full spectrum of our inbound acquisition channels (SEO, SEA, SaaS listings, etc.) and provide strategic direction, with a strong ROI-mindset
  • Problem Solving = Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify & resolve problems
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and the ability to do deep data analysis and drive clear and concise recommendations to the Marketing team & Founders
  • Leadership & ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
