We are looking for Elevo Head of Engineering to work hand in hand with our CTO Léo-Paul Goffic. We are building a new leader in HR software, adressing small to large companies, on a variety of topics: performance management (our historical offering), but also engagement surveys, training management, career paths, etc.
All of this based on our founders experience working at Tech leaders like Apple and Google.
These product expansion ambitions lead to an ambitious hiring plan on the tech + product side and many organizational decisions to be taken!

Mission

  • Delivery: delivered complex technical projects with a team of 10+ developers
  • Tech & Product team leadership: bring energy and drive to the team
  • People Management: manager a team of developers, define dev career paths, etc…
  • Team structure and organization
  • Hiring: participate to the Tech hiring process and drive it together with our Talent Acquisition Manager

Profile

  • You are fluent in English, both oral and written (all communication in English at Elevo)
  • You have 8-12 years of XP
  • You have already managed a team of 15+ developers
  • You are a dynamic, energetic, ambitious person who enjoy transmitting these values and help your team to reach the next step
  • You enjoy recruiting new talents and developing them
  • Business and Product intelligence: be able to influence the Elevo leadership team in the interest of the company development
  • Technical legitimity: you previously worked on a tech stack similar to Elevo => SPA, SaaS B2B, (Rails || Django || Laravel) && (React || VueJS || Angular)
