Job description

Role Purpose

The Business Solutions Support Analyst is focused on the implementation, administration and support of business solutions in order to improve and follow business processes and policies, improve user proficiency and promote system adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders. Our new colleague will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and for analysis and reporting of business solutions-related information.

We are offering an unlimited contract (location Prague or Valencia).

Key Responsibilities

  • Understands the business requirements, works with all stakeholders to support business processes in the area(s) of responsibility and supports users on the daily basis (process tickets)
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned agendas, e.g. Account Management, Data Management, Reporting etc.
  • Liaises with business owners to improve the overall quality of CRM database, i.e. Data Audit, which includes proactive data cleanup approach, duplicate records management as well as a mass upload with Apex Data Loader and other API tools
  • Supports the integration of other systems used by the business organization between JDE and Salesforce etc.
  • Manages and creates reports and dashboards
  • Develops and maintains Documentation for the whole support team
  • Identifies areas for improvement related to business processes, workflows and systems

Preferred experience

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in computer science or related field)
  • Min. 1 year of experience with Salesforce required
  • Fluent English required
  • Salesforce Administrator certificate a big advantage
  • Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP, CRM etc., mainly JDE and Salesforce
  • Experience participating in IT projects, experience with SQL a plus
  • Excellent computer skills, mainly MS Excel and Salesforce
  • Good documentation and communication skills
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed and global business environment
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to support interface within multiple systems
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
