Including go-to-market definition, segmentation, setting client strategy and pipeline execution. With just one year under her belt, Julia has already been promoted and she looks forward to growing further in the company within the next few years.

Enrique Oriol chose Dynatrace as his workplace for the strong, supportive team, the international scope and the broad range of industries that Dynatrace has the opportunity to work with. With his MBA, telecommunication engineering degree and developing experience, he knew a technical role at Dynatrace would be the next step to further his career within the digital world.

Enrique stands as a Lead Product Engineer at the Barcelona office where he is responsible for the delivery as well as the technical quality of the Data Explorer feature--a module that enhances query creation and metrics charting. As a LPE, Enrique also works cross-functionally with various internal teams to ensure product consistency and timely deadlines are met on these important development epics.

Carolina Bruttini always had an interest in technology and AI, so she set out to be part of an IT company. Right away, she saw that Dynatrace was not only a Leader in Gartner magic quadrant, but also won culture awards like Happiest Employees and Best Company for Work-Life-Balance with Comparably, which was the cherry on top for Carolina. Fast forward a few years later and she's now leading a team of Dynatrace Customer Success Managers in Barcelona. CSMs build close long-term client relationships, they are the voice and the ears of the customer inside the company. Listening to the customer needs and goals, CSMs work to fix issues before they happen and help the customer to achieve their goals for ultimate success.

Carolina's team is always growing. She looks for new talent who are customer-centric and have an optimistic attitude to become the ultimate CSM. She looks forward to growing her team not only in numbers, but also to help her team accellerate professionally and personally.
