The Marketing Project Manager at Dolead is located at the center of our fast-growing business. As the Marketing Project Manager you will coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to keep our campaigns running smoothly and our clients happy. Most importantly, you’ll work directly at the intersection of data and creativity by designing and building results-driven landing pages, while also proposing and programming AB tests for continuous improvement. By focusing on the goals of our clients, and understanding the importance of the end-user experience, you’ll design highly converting landing pages to support our advertising campaigns. 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

  • Interface directly with clients, represent Dolead operations in client communications
  • Manage a portfolio of large accounts, working towards client KPIs and satisfaction
  • Create landing pages for SEA, Facebook campaigns, etc.
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team to onboard and synchronize the launch of new clients
  • Set up AB testing, analyze data, and make decisions to optimize performance
  • Analyze conversion channels and usage data via Amplitude / Google Analytics / Heat Map and other tools
  • Manage several projects in parallel in agile format (Jira / Asana)
  • Propose and implement ideas to improve our conversion funnels
  • Work directly with technical teams to manage our clients’ technical API connection

  • 2+ years professional (or comparable) experience in B2C digital marketing or advertising driven by conversion
  • Marketing expertise - you feel driven to understand the whole marketing funnel
  • Project management abilities - identify objectives and coordinate the team around them
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences
  • A passion for problem-solving with strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience with BI platforms, e.g. Looker, Tableau, Adobe, or Google Analytics
  • Curious about the consumer experience
  • Goal-oriented and able to prioritize and work independently
  • International account management experience is a plus!

We are willing to consider candidates working remotely from those locations: Colorado, Florida, Atlanta, Chicago, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Texas, or Vermont.

This is a Hybrid or Remote role which means candidates based in Boston will be requested to be at the office sporadically and candidates from other locations will be required to travel to Boston for 2 days per month.
