Dog Chef is a fresh pet food company that cooks personalized healthy meals for dogs, ordered online & delivered at home.
The Fresh Pet Food market is rapidly growing, Dog Chef is well-positioned to attack this untouched market thanks to its broad range of products, its own production facility, its own delivery fleet, and its extensive veterinary network.
Every month, the pack prepares and ships more than 500k meals for thousands of happy dogs in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg and plan to grow our customer base aggressively in the coming years (with the opening of Germany).

Job description
We finalized our Series A and have raised 12,5m€ last summer. We are moving from the start-up phase to the scale-up phase and are building our digital muscle to become the leader in Fresh Pet Food in Europe.
To support and accompany our growing business, we are looking for an IT Analyst & Support who will be the link between IT and Dog Chef’s team.
Your mission ?🎯 you will be working with all departments to gather their business requirements, translates them into functional reports and make sure internal processes are properly supported by the right tools. He is the go-to person for all ERP related issues and customization and ensure internal tools (vendor or custom built) are properly used, maintained and up-to-date. He is also the first point of contact for the IT helpdesk. On top of that the IT Analyst & Support provides support to team members in their use of internal tools by answering to the support channel, organizing trainings and doing 1st Tier helpdesk.
To be very concrete, the main parts of the role are the following :
Functional Analysis
- Collect and research functional requirements with a focus on internal tools
- Translate of the business requirements in smaller work packages to be used by developers
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, make associated recommendations as appropriate as possible
- Document the business processes and keep the documentation up-to-date
Support and maintenance
- Provide 1st and 2nd tier application support for assigned application(s) (#IT slack channel)
- Research and resolve technical and functional issues according to defined prioritization / severity schemes
- Be responsible of team training & internal helpdesk
Tools customization & testing
- Develop deep understanding of the main internal tools used within the company
- Make the necessary customization to internal tools to efficiently support business
- Help to test applications and new development (with a focus on internal tools but not limited to them)
Project Management
- Participate in project management process, including participating in project meetings. Document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings
- You will be involved in ERP implementation projects: Gap analysis, developments, adjustments, testing, training, user acceptance, go-live
Preferred experience
Pedigree requirements 🏅
- 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Educational background related to IT
- Knowledge of Odoo or other ERP is a plus
- You’re flexible to deal with (occasional) incidents outside of office hours
- You speak French and English (both written and spoken)
- You’re eager to learn and you have a huge appetite for innovative technologies and changing trends in the market

3 steps: if you are selected after a positive phone screening with the People team, you will be invited to an on-site interview with Sophie (Product Owner) followed by a case study. Final round with the CTO.
You will also be given a personality and cognitive reasoning test.
