The Global Sales Performance Intern will join our Global Sales Performance team, whose objective is to lead improvement projects in our sales processes in France, Germany and Italy (more than 600 people).

In this critical role, you will work closely with the various Sales, Strategy, Product and Data team, to scale the organization, while making sure Doctolib delivers the best customer service in Europe. 

Your role  

You will support the transformation projects focussing on hunting and closing topics. This means you will support and deploy implementation of new sales processes and tools to help Doctolib grow faster globally on strategic areas such as : 

  • Provide recommendations on sales major improvements area
  • Build best
    -in
    -class dashboards in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Prepare training decks for all countries
  • Support data analysis on sales performance and help decision making
  • Collaborate with Product Managers (Salesforce), Sales Excellence and Strategy team to improve best
    -in
    -class process
  • Communicate effectively with all teams and ensure knowledge sharing

Examples of potential assignments: 

Data analysis

  • Run data analysis to analyse sales performance and help decision making 
  • Perform analysis of current user
    -base to spot upsell opportunities 
  • Gather key data to help prioritise

Project management

  • Spend time with sales teams in France, Germany and Italy to collect feedback to improve sales efficiency
  • Support change management of new processes & tools (alignment, support, documentation)
  • Produce business specs to help our product managers deliver their roadmap

Your skills

  • You are graduating in a Master’s degree from a business school / engineering school looking for a 6 months internship 
  • You are fluent in French, English. A good level in German or Italian is a plus
  • You have good knowledge with Excel and Powerpoint. SQL and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • You have a high motivation, strong listening and communication skills, proactive leadership on projects ,ability to operate in a fast paced environment 

At the end of your internship, you will be able to: 

  • Build a roadmap prioritising the projects that impact your KPIs the most
  • Work hand in hand with product teams, and become an expert in product management
  • Conduct rigorous analysis to support a long term roadmap & to align key stakeholders
