We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work alongside our HR Manager.  You will be working on the following :

• Writing job adverts in collaboration with the various managers
• Posting the adverts on websites and job-boards
• Sifting through and selecting CVs
• Carrying out initial screening calls
• Organising and following up on interviews
• Feeding back to candidates who have not been retained
• Developing a talent pool of candidates
• Organising and participating in school forums and events
• Preparing weekly reporting figures

This list is not exhaustive and could be adapted to your interests and skills.

Recruitment process:

• Initial screening by phone in English
• Interview with the HR manager
• Writing test

• You have an excellent level in written and spoken English 
• You are renowned for your communication and relationship skills – you will be spending a lot of time exchanging with candidates, managers and team colleagues
• A first experience in this field is essential
