We are looking for a passionate and joyful Product Designer who will elevate the experience we offer to our tenants in a clever and inventive way. Creative at heart, you’ll never be out of ideas to make our tenants’ lives better. More than a thinker, you are a doer first! As a Product Designer, you’ll work collaboratively and iteratively with our Product Managers to turn our tenants’ everyday problems into intuitive user experiences. You’ll own projects from conception to launch with boldness and creativity while always keeping our tenants in mind and your ambition to take the projects to the finish line.

WHAT WOULD YOU BE IN CHARGE OF? 💼

As part of the Product Team, you will be in charge of building and continuously improving the digital platform of Colonies (tenant’s space, website, back-office) in collaboration with our Product Managers and our Tech Team to offer the best experience possible to our existing and future tenants.

WHAT WOULD YOUR MAIN MISSIONS BE? 🎯

• Work and iterate with Product Managers and Tech team to help raise the bar on the whole Colonies experience : define products (requirements, strategic functionality…), before translating them into design execution
• Partner with the Operational teams to better understand the needs of our customers, find opportunities and translate insights into product requirements and substantial actions
• Ensure UX and UI consistency of the whole digital experience, elevate overall product quality, design execution and build a top-notch user experience
• Build wireframes, flows, mock ups and prototypes to tackle UX problems
• Partner with our tech team to ship pixel-perfect designs
• Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond
• Ship, measure and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
• Identify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in product, tech, and operations

Skills

This position requires system thinking, great execution, bold innovation, obsession with quality, solving problems with creativity while keeping the user in mind and ambition to take projects to the finish line.

• You have 2+ years experience in building product for mobile and web from A to Z
• You have very strong UX and UI skills, visual taste and knowledge of Design Systems
• You have experience building a cohesive experience across different products of a same company
• You know how to simplify complexity and you never lack new ideas
• You master the art of developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format
• You have a track record of shipping top-notch design with an understanding of what details matter at each stage of the release cycle, and you know how to make tradeoff decisions
• You have a portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work
• You’re fluent in English
• Knowledge in code is a plus to communicate with our Tech team
